About Cambridge ENT
Brian Fish MB ChB FRCS(csig) FRCS(orl-hns)
I have been a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Cambridge University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust since 2003, based at Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge.
My areas of specialist interest are in thyroid and parathyroid surgery, the voice, throat, swallowing and head and neck cancer. I offer treatment for a wide range of ear nose and throat conditions including nasal and sinus surgery and treat both adult and paediatric patients.
I established the voice clinic at Addenbrooke’s and accept many tertiary referrals there of singers and performers as well as patients with complex voice disorders. I offer a full voice stroboscopy assessment at the Spire Cambridge Lea Hospital as well as Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) of the throat.
I established a neck lump clinic with same day ultrasound and biopsy service at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and I offer a same day ultrasound and biopsy of neck and thyroid lump service at both the Nuffield and Spire Cambridge Lea Hospitals.
I am a core member of the thyroid cancer and head and neck cancer multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and also the complex parathyroid MDT.
At both the Spire Cambridge Lea and Nuffield Hospitals I offer balloon sinuplasty.
